Hello, I'm Jeanie!

Welcome to my garden blog and my YouTube channel, Serenity Now Garden. Hello my fellow gardening gals and guys, as I always like to say!

My name is Jeanie and gardening is my life. I have been gardening for over 20 years. I love being creative with garden design and my garden truly is my happy place. There is nothing more rewarding than to see something you planted flourish.

I plant perennials, annuals, bulbs, cold hardy succulents, shrubs, trees and I will even be doing some vegetable gardening, indoor seed starting and planting a small orchard in the future.

I garden in Central Minnesota, zone 4. My gardens are just a couple years old and we recently cleared a large part of our property from an invasive species called buckthorn.
